We would like to warmly welcome you to MAU! Once you finalize your arrival details, please fill out the arrival form (form and document section), and send it to the Erasmus Office by the deadline specified in the welcome e-mail that you will receive before your arrival. Each semester, we arrange an airport pick up service for students who arrive on the official arrival date. Please make sure that you arrange your itinerary accordingly. On a side note, there is only one airport.

In the beginning of each semester, Erasmus+ Office assigns host-students for incoming exchange students for those who asks. We strongly recommend you to send us an e-mail if you would like to join this activity, as it helps you to find your way around the university and Mardin. As part of the orientation, the Erasmus Office will also assist incoming exchange students in obtaining residence permits.
