When applying within a framework of an exchange agreement from a partner institution, you must be nominated by your home institution. Nominations to MAU should be completed through e-mail to erasmus@artuklu.edu.tr. Once you are nominated, the office sends you an e-mail that includes all necessary information to complete your online application.

Nomination deadlines for Winter Semester and full year is May 1st, and for Spring Semester is November 1st.
The nomination shall be sent via e-mail to erasmus@artuklu.edu.tr
Sending instituion shall also inform MAU on the nomination e-mail if the nominated students require special needs and requirements.
APPLICATIONS:
Following the nomination by the sending institution, you will receive an e-mail from Mardin Artuklu University's Erasmus Office containing all the relevant information about application, application deadline and details regarding your arrival to and stay in Mardin.
As part of the application, you will be asked to complete/upload the following items via e-mail:
Application form (will be forwarded via e-mail following the nomination)
Learning Agreement (shall be filled and signed by your Departmental Coordinator)
Proof of English Language Proficiency (shall be issued by your sending institution)
Passport photocopy (personal information page)
Official ECTS transcript (shall be signed and/or stamped by the sending institution)
Important Reminder:
Please bear in mind that in order to be able to follow courses at MAU, students are strongly recommended to have adequate level of English, meaning B1 level language competence according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or TOEFL(IBT) score of 79 or IELTSscore of 6,5.
