Submission Guidelines
The symposium will be fully online and free of registration fees, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, especially for students and early-career researchers.
— Abstracts must be submitted online only using the submission link [CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT ABSTRACT] above.
— Submissions are invited for oral presentations only.
— Please do not include figures, tables, or references in the abstract.
— Multiple authors may be listed, but the presenting author must be clearly indicated, and preferably also act as the corresponding author.
— We offer two presentation formats:
Abstract Length
— Full-length presentations: 150–250 words (excluding title, author names, affiliations).
Please use the abstract template provided in the link above.
— Summary presentations: 100–150 words (excluding title, author names, affiliations).
Evaluation Process
— All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
— Selection will be based on:
— All accepted abstracts will be included in the official Book of Abstracts for the symposium.
— The Book of Abstracts will be assigned an ISBN number and made available as a free, open-access publication worldwide through the symposium website.
