The Office of the Secretary was established by the University's Board of Directors, by decision numbered 26/5, dated July 8, 2013, to serve within the General Secretariat. It operates within the framework of Article 51 of Law No. 2547 on Higher Education, and the duties of the Office of the Secretary are outlined in Article 27 of Decree Law No. 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Supreme Organizations and Higher Education Institutions, which also includes this article.
