1. To maximise the satisfaction of academic staff, administrative staff and students
2. To increase the number of Turkish Republic - TRNC and foreign students enrolled and studying in our institute
3. To give Orientation training to the students enrolled in our Institute and to continue to give it every term
4. To strengthen the physical infrastructure, equipment and financial resources required for all activities of the Institute
5. To review the course curricula and evaluation criteria of graduate programmes every semester in accordance with the needs of the age and to update them when necessary
6. To increase the number of thesis projects that receive BAP support in our institute within one year and to find research resources other than the BAP unit of our university for our students' research
7. Increasing the number of multidisciplinary-interdisciplinary programmes
8. To increase the number of articles scanned in SCI-Exp, SSCI and A&HCI indexed journals produced from thesis projects in our institute
9. Organising events to exchange ideas with external stakeholders for research and projects
10. To create a follow-up system for students who have graduated and will graduate from our institute
11. To continuously update and improve the website of our institute
