Mission
In accordance with the general vision of our university, our aim is to provide our students with the opportunity to learn Turkish with contemporary techniques, methods and approaches that are human-centered, in accordance with international qualifications, taking strength from local and universal values.

Vision
In the light of scientific and contemporary developments, to teach Turkish to students from both Turkic Republics and Related Communities who want to study in Turkey and foreigners who want to learn Turkish, to introduce Turkey and Turkish Culture; to carry out joint studies with public, private sector and international organizations in line with the purpose of the center, to encourage research and applications, to organize seminars, courses and meetings.
