OUR UNIVERSITY FACULTY MEMBERS ARE AMONG THE MOST INFLUENTIAL SCIENTISTS

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Faruk Seyitoğlu, a faculty member in our Faculty of Tourism, has once again achieved a ranking among the top 2 percent of the world's most influential scientists, according to the results of the scientific author database, based on standardized citation indicators and published with the August 2025 update, compiled in collaboration with Stanford University and the prestigious Dutch publishing company Elsevier.

In the same study, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Velit Ünsal, a faculty member in the Faculty of Health Sciences, was also included in the list of the world's most influential scientists.

This achievement, a source of great pride for our faculty, significantly contributes to MAU's international scientific visibility and academic productivity.
