Our Tourism Guidance Department Visits the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism

Mardin Artuklu University Tourism Faculty Tourism Guidance Department faculty members Dr. A. Can Aktaş and Dr. Onur Akgül, vice chair of the department, visited Mardin Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, Mr. Ayhan GÖK, in his office on September 25, 2025. During the visit, they exchanged views on collaborations aimed at preserving and promoting Mardin's rich cultural heritage and developing its tourism potential.

Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Ayhan GÖK expressed his satisfaction with the visit and emphasized the importance of supporting Mardin with academic studies in the field of tourism.

Our department faculty members stated that collaboration between the university and public institutions will contribute to Mardin's sustainable tourism development.
