Mardin Promotion and Development Board Meeting

The meeting, held in the meeting hall of the Mardin Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Hasan Kurt, was attended by representatives from the Metropolitan Municipality, the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, officials from the Turkish Aeronautical Association (TGA), and representatives from tourism associations. Our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Lokman Toprak, was present on behalf of our university.

The meeting addressed the following topics:

✅ The "Cultural Road Festival," to be held for the first time in our province from October 18-26, 2025;

✅ The application for an event to be held by MARDIN-FED, coordinated by the Istanbul Governor's Office, at the Atatürk Airport National Garden from January 15-18, 2026;

✅ The evaluation of 2025 tourism data.
