APPLICATION KITCHEN

Our practice kitchen is equipped with modern and technological industrial kitchen equipment for the applied kitchen courses of gastronomy and culinary arts students. Our practice kitchen, which is built on an area of approximately 500 m2, can provide education to 30 students at the same time. Hot kitchen, cold kitchen and patisserie applications can be made within the practice kitchen.
