To structure the University’s activities in the field of social contribution in alignment with local, regional and national development goals and the University’s strategic plan;
To carry out work to ensure the sustainability, dissemination and enhancement of social contribution activities;
To support communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders and to contribute to the work carried out in this area.
Duty Descriptions of the Social Contribution Coordination Office
To structure the University’s social contribution activities in alignment with local, regional and sustainable development goals and the University’s strategic plan;
To carry out work to ensure the sustainability, dissemination and enhancement of social contribution activities;
To support communication and engagement with internal and external stakeholders and to contribute to the work carried out in this area;
To monitor and improve social contribution activities by measuring and evaluating them on a data-driven basis, and to manage the reporting and publication processes of the results;
To ensure the management and organisation of processes in line with the University’s social contribution policy;
To support the integration of social contribution processes with education–teaching and research–development activities;
To engage with internal and external stakeholders regarding the updating of the University’s social contribution policy and objectives in line with changing circumstances;
To support the participation of the University’s associate-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate students in social contribution activities.
