Mardin Artuklu University Faculty of Medicine was established by the Presidential Decree No. 3940 dated April 30, 2021, published in the Official Gazette No. 31471 on May 1, 2021. Since 2021, within the scope of the Joint Use Protocol signed between the Ministry of Health and Mardin Artuklu University, it has been providing education, research, and healthcare services at the T.R. Ministry of Health Mardin Training and Research Hospital.
Our faculty began accepting students and providing medical education in the 2023–2024 academic year. Mardin Artuklu University Faculty of Medicine is steadily progressing toward becoming an institution that applies scientific and contemporary educational methods and aims to provide high-quality healthcare services. Our medical education curriculum is prepared within the framework of the National Core Education Curriculum.
The aim of our medical education is to train physicians equipped with knowledge and skills that can contribute to universal science, who respect human life, uphold the honor of the medical profession, and adhere to ethical values. To achieve this goal, we aim to continue working with a qualified academic staff and grow together. We express our gratitude to all individuals and institutions who contributed to the establishment of our faculty and continue to support it today.
