The Mevlana Exchange Programme is a program that enables the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions in Turkey and those abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 28034 on August 23, 2011, the path was opened for student and academic staff exchange between higher education institutions abroad and those in our country.
Unlike other exchange programs, the mobility within this program covers higher education institutions all over the world, without any geographical distinction.
Students wishing to participate in the exchange program can benefit from it for educational purposes for a minimum of one and a maximum of two semesters; academic staff can benefit from the program to teach at higher education institutions worldwide for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. Similarly, students and academic staff from all regions of the world can come to higher education institutions in Turkey.
