Student admissions in Department of Political Science and International Relations are based on the Equal Weight (EA) score in the nation-wide University Placement Examination (YKS) held by OSYM. The non-Turkish citizens are admitted through Foreign Student Examination (YOS) or Turkiye Scholarships.

For graduate programs, candidates are expected to meet the minimum scores in the ALES exam (or GRE) and foreign language exams recognized by Council Of Higher Education (YÖK). Candidates may be required to take a written and/or oral exam.
