Visit from Zero Waste and Environmental Management Coordination to İNCEVDER (External Stakeholder)
Mardin Artuklu University's Zero Waste and Environmental Management Coordination visited the Mardin Human and Environmental Protection Association (İNCEVDER) as part of its external stakeholder meetings. Coordination staff members Abdulbasıt Barık and Mehmet Beşir Büyüktaş attended the meeting, which addressed zero waste practices, sustainable campus goals, green transformation efforts , and university-civil society collaboration opportunities . The parties agreed to collaborate on raising environmental awareness and developing joint environmental projects.

During the visit, comprehensive evaluations were made on Zero Waste practices, raising environmental awareness, sustainable campus goals, green transformation efforts, and university-civil society collaboration opportunities .
The meeting also addressed environmentally focused projects undertaken by Mardin Artuklu University, as well as potential joint activities, awareness-raising programs, and volunteering opportunities within the framework of the "Green Campus" vision. The parties agreed to increase cooperation to strengthen environmental protection awareness locally and promote a sustainable lifestyle in Mardin.
External stakeholder meetings conducted by the Zero Waste and Environmental Management Coordination Unit aim to create a strong environmental cooperation network between universities, local governments, non-governmental organizations and the private sector .
