PEO 1: To provide a fundamental education in Art History. PEO 2: To educate individuals who can recognize, understand, and apply knowledge about the art works produced by various states and civilizations from the past to the present. PEO 3: To train individuals who have the skills to prepare inventories and catalogs, and to organize exhibitions in museums where artworks are displayed. PEO 4: To instill ethical values and promote awareness of social responsibility. PEO 5: To develop individuals with interdisciplinary competence, capable of conducting studies and being employed in interdisciplinary fields. PEO 6: To provide students with the necessary level of foreign language proficiency required in their professional field. PEO 7: To educate individuals who can access, use, and appropriately catalog information through tools such as bibliographies and archival sources, in accordance with the needs of the discipline of Art History. PEO 8: To raise individuals who are aware of lifelong learning and ethical responsibilities, and who possess self-awareness and sensitivity to their surroundings.
