Conclusion

The future of the Vocational School of Health Services will be shaped by its strong vision, stakeholder support, and quality-focused efforts. In the optimistic scenario, our vocational school can be positioned as a regional leader and an internationally recognized center; in the realistic scenario, an accredited institution in harmony with stakeholders; and in the risk scenario, an institution experiencing sustainability problems. The fundamental goal of our roadmap is to minimize risks and bring the realistic scenario closer to the optimistic scenario.
