"Quality is not merely a process; it is also a strong commitment to the future. As the Vocational School of Health Services, we have set out to develop our students’ knowledge, skills, and values to the highest level, to provide qualified healthcare professionals to society, and to offer education at national and international standards. In 2025, we applied for the accreditation of 1 program. The process related to this program is being successfully carried out. In 2026, we aim to further advance the institutional capacity of our Vocational School by applying for accreditation with 7 programs. In this process, the active contribution of all actors—from our teaching staff to our students, from our external stakeholders to our graduates—is highly valuable to us. We will implement this roadmap through common sense, transparency, and by internalizing a culture of quality."
Dr. Mustafa Yunus EMRE
Director of the Vocational School of Health Services
An application was made for 1 program in 2025. An accreditation application will be made with 7 programs in 2026.
Accreditation committees have been established for each program, and regular meetings on the subject have commenced.

The roadmap includes short, medium, and long-term goals, as well as an action plan.
The developments in the field of healthcare services in Mardin province continuously increase the need for qualified human resources. The departments within our Vocational School—Dental Prosthesis Technology, Child and Youth Services, Health and Care Services, and Medical Services and Techniques—are structured to meet the priority needs of the city and the region. Our graduates, trained through these programs, assume important roles in both healthcare institutions and in education and care services, contributing to the strengthening of the local healthcare system. Our external stakeholders (Mardin Provincial Health Directorate, Mardin Training and Research Hospital, Kızıltepe State Hospital, Mardin Oral and Dental Health Hospital, Mardin Provincial Directorate of National Education) consistently express their expectations from our Vocational School and underscore the need for qualified graduates.
