Education and Training

 

• Aims to train qualified, ethically committed healthcare professionals who are aligned with contemporary needs by updating educational programs in line with scientific developments and societal needs in the healthcare field.

 

Objective: Strengthen graduate competencies and ensure the up-to-dateness and quality assurance of programs.

• Encourages the active participation of academic and administrative staff and students in quality assurance processes; aims to integrate continuous improvement into the institutional culture.

 

Objective: Establishes a participatory, student-centered quality culture in educational processes.

Research and Development

• Prioritizes knowledge generation and social benefit by supporting innovative, interdisciplinary research activities that contribute to regional development.

 

Objective: Increase scientific productivity and develop research that addresses regional needs.

Social Contribution and Stakeholder Relations

• Ensures that quality processes are monitored, evaluated, and improved by all stakeholders through continuous communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (public institutions, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, and alumni).

 

Purpose: To strengthen university-community collaboration and ensure transparent and sustainable quality management.

• Prioritizes increasing staff and student satisfaction by creating a working and learning environment that respects human rights, equal opportunities, and ethical values.

 

Purpose: To provide an inclusive, fair, and safe faculty environment.

Management System and Institutional Capacity

 

• Adopts a participatory, transparent, measurable, and sustainable quality management system.

Purpose: Establishes an effective and accountable management approach at the faculty level.

 

• Strengthens institutional capacity by using resources efficiently, effectively, and responsibly, supporting sustainable development.

 

Purpose: To ensure efficiency and sustainability in resource management.

• Adopts a quality assurance system not merely as a management tool but as a culture that supports continuous development based on scientific excellence, social responsibility, and ethical values.

Purpose: Instills quality as an institutional value and culture.
