Mardin Artuklu University School of Health was established on 02.11.1996 with the decision of the Council of Ministers numbered 8655 as affiliated to Dicle University and was affiliated to Mardin Artuklu University, which was established with the law dated 29.05.2007 and numbered 5662.
Mardin Artuklu University Faculty of Health Sciences was established with the decision to transform Mardin Artuklu University School of Health into the Faculty of Health Sciences published in the official gazette in accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 30749 dated April 17, 2019.
Mardin Artuklu University Faculty of Health Sciences; With 2 professors, 10 Associate Professors, 24 Assistant Professors, 6 Lecturers, 8 Research Assistants and 1044 students; Nursing, Midwifery, Nutrition and Dietetics, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Child Development, Social Work, Audiology and Health Management departments, it aims to train effective and successful professionals who respect universal and cultural values and are effective and successful in health services for the needs of the country.
“Nursing Department”, which has been continuing its education and training activities within Mardin Artuklu University School of Health since 1997 and graduating since 2001, is one of our strong departments and is in high demand, and undergraduate graduates are also in great demand in the health sector.
Founded in 2009 and graduating since 2014, “Department of Midwifery” is also an important department and the clinical experience of its graduates causes them to be preferred.
Founded in 2010, the “Department of Nutrition and Dietetics” accepted its first students in the 2018 academic year, and the Nutrition and Dietetics Undergraduate Program is in great demand.
Founded in 2017 and later; Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Child Development, Social Work, Health Management and Audiology Departments are the newly opened departments of our faculty that do not accept students yet.
