As the Project Coordination Office, our mission is to foster a project culture within Mardin Artuklu University, encourage research and development activities at national and international levels in line with the university's strategic goals, and increase and ensure the sustainability of project production capacity. To this end, our core responsibilities include providing information, training, consulting, and mentoring services to academic staff regarding project preparation, implementation, and completion; and coordinating with relevant units regarding the commercialization of project outcomes and the protection of intellectual property rights.
Vision
To be a strategic coordination unit that leads the development of competitive, innovative, and impact-oriented projects at national and international levels; supports interdisciplinary collaborations; strengthens university-industry collaborations by establishing effective collaboration mechanisms with the public, private sector, and non-governmental organizations; and prioritizes quality and efficiency in project management processes.
