Social Contribution Management

Management of Social Contribution Processes

Our Presidency carries out various activities in order to support the mission of social contribution in the strategic plan of our University. In this context, direct and indirect contributions are made to society through personnel employment, training processes and corporate practices.

1. Staff Employment and Social Contribution

Within the scope of Law No. 3713 on Anti-Terrorism and Law No. 2828 on Social Services, personnel recruitment requests are submitted through the Public E-Application System.

Disabled personnel are employed through EKPSS (Disabled Public Personnel Selection Exam), thus strengthening social inclusion.

Thanks to these practices, our University both acts with a sense of social responsibility and contributes to increasing social benefit.

2. Orientation Trainings

Orientation trainings organised for newly recruited civil servants at our university accelerate the adaptation process of employees to the institution and increase work efficiency.

In 2024, orientation training was given to the personnel who took office.

In 2025, the personnel who started to work in the same scope were trained in the same scope.

As a result of the trainings, orientation training forms were prepared and trainers were recorded.

In line with the requests, updates were made on the forms and processes were continuously improved.

3. Organisational Structure and Process Management

The management of social contribution processes throughout the organisation is carried out in line with corporate preferences and strategic priorities. Within this framework:

Planning and implementation of processes are ensured with a systematic approach,

Monitoring and evaluation activities are carried out periodically.

4. Community Benefit Programmes (TYP)

Our university also provides employment within the scope of the Community Benefit Programme (TYP) within the framework of cooperation with local institutions:

In cooperation with the Governorship of Mardin, within the scope of the TYP organised by the Provincial Directorate of Mardin Labour and Employment Agency (İŞKUR), staff employment was provided with a quota of 47 people.

In cooperation with the District Governorship of Mardin, 52 personnel were employed under the same programme.

5. Conclusion and Evaluation

Our Presidency continues to support its social contribution mission in a wide range of activities from employment processes to training programmes, from corporate collaborations to social projects.

With the activities carried out, both university-society cooperation is strengthened and corporate responsibility awareness is reinforced.
