The Personnel Department attaches importance to the regular and systematic execution of relations with the personnel who retire from the institution. The official and administrative procedures that the personnel may encounter during the retirement process are followed up within the framework of the relevant legislation and necessary support is provided.
In this context, the documents required to be submitted to official institutions and organisations, such as green passport applications, are meticulously prepared and delivered to the retired personnel or their guardians. In addition, our unit also carries out procedures such as issuing, renewing or reissuing retired identity cards in case of loss.
Post-retirement services are not only limited to document issuance, but also to protect the rights of retired personnel, to complete the relevant processes quickly and accurately, and to provide institutional support when needed.
Through these relations with retired staff and their families, our unit aims to strengthen our employees' sense of belonging to the institution and to maintain their ties with the university after retirement. This approach contributes both to the maintenance of institutional loyalty and to the lifelong support of employee satisfaction.
