QUALITY OBJECTIVES

Our Quality Targets

1. Increasing Efficiency and Productivity in Personnel Transactions
    Quality Objective: Acceleration of business processes and prevention of loss of time and rights.
    Contribution: Effective automation reduces error rates, increases transparency and shortens processing times. This fulfils the criterion of "process-oriented approach" in quality management.
 2. Increasing Staff Satisfaction
    Quality Objective: To measure and continuously improve academic and administrative staff satisfaction.
    Contribution: Employee loyalty increases through staff surveys, feedback systems and improvement activities, which in turn improves service quality.
3. Increasing the Number of Staff
    Quality Target: Ensuring adequate human resources.
    Contribution: Strengthening human resource capacity ensures workload balance and improves the quality of services. The employment of foreign academic staff is in line with the internationalisation targets.
4. Supporting Staff Training and Development
    Quality Objective: To increase staff competence through orientation and continuous training.
    Contribution: Thanks to the trainings, the capacity of the personnel to perform their duties correctly, quickly and in accordance with the standards increases. This contributes directly to the "competence of employees" principle of quality management.
5. Strengthening Institutional Capacity
    Quality Objective: To improve the physical and financial infrastructure.
    Contribution: Strong infrastructure guarantees service continuity and reliability. It also provides efficiency in resource management.
 6. Improvement of Digital Infrastructure and Communication Channels
    Quality Objective: To provide ease of access to up-to-date information and effective communication.
    Contribution: Keeping the website constantly updated and facilitating communication contributes to transparency, accountability and stakeholder satisfaction.
