The Personnel Department closely follows and monitors the developments in line with the legislation, technological changes and the demands of our internal and external stakeholders. In order to make the necessary improvements within the Unit in the face of these developments, the evaluation of decisions and survey results is of great importance and the need for change can be seen. The decisions taken by the commissions and, when necessary, the evaluation of these decisions, the Unit has provided a cycle within the planning, implementation, monitoring and improvement mechanism.

The Unit Quality Commission holds regular meetings and identifies areas that are missing or open to improvement about the functioning within the Unit.

With the feedback obtained through regular interviews with the internal stakeholders of the unit, the identified improvement areas are tried to be finalised within the PDCA cycle.
