To determine the personnel policy in the light of the Law, Decree Law, Regulation, Directive and Legislation in the university's manpower planning, and to make suggestions regarding the development of the personnel system. To carry out procedures regarding the appointment, personnel and retirement matters of university personnel. To raise the training levels of administrative personnel to the highest levels in order to prepare them for further duties by organizing pre-service and in-service training programs.
OUR VISION
To carry out studies for the purpose of manpower planning, to make suggestions regarding the development of personnel systems, to carry out procedures regarding the appointment, personnel, staff and retirement matters of administrative and academic personnel.
