The leadership of the Presidency works in harmony with the overall strategic goals of the university. By setting a clear vision, the Presidency follows an effective path in achieving the goals.

Despite the intensity and complexity of personnel transactions, our Head of Personnel Department and the managers responsible for the branches under his/her management continue their duties within the framework of the legislation in accordance with the mission, vision and quality policy of our University. In this direction, an internal organisation chart has been created and leaders and employees carry out work and operations within the organisation chart. Managers are obliged to train the employees under their command and ensure that the work is done correctly and on time; employees are obliged to perform the duties assigned to them by their superiors in accordance with the legislation, correctly and on time.

In order to spread and adopt the quality culture within the management of our Presidency, it attaches importance to the opinions of our employees with an outstanding effort. In certain periods every month, branch managers come together to hold evaluation meetings on the internal functioning of the unit and the decisions taken are notified to the staff.
