DUTIES, AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACADEMIC PERSONNEL BRANCH DIRECTOR
To carry out studies on manpower planning and personnel policy of our university.
To produce projects regarding the development of the personnel system and to make proposals to the Rectorate.
To follow up on internal, domestic and international assignments.
To follow the disciplinary procedures and security investigations of the personnel.
Upon request, the Law, Statute, Regulation, etc. submitted to our Presidency. To determine the opinions to be given on the issues
To follow up the annual excused and unpaid leaves of academic staff, and to carry out passport procedures for personnel who want to spend their annual leaves abroad.
To prepare statistical information about our institution's units and personnel, to update it, to transfer it to the relevant systems and to inform.
To keep track of personnel who are given unpaid leave, military leave and unpaid assignments abroad, and to reserve their personal rights.
Tracking the health leaves of academic staff.
To carry out the work and procedures regarding the proposals for term extensions received from the units. (Dr. Lecturer - Lecturer - Research Assistant)
To carry out Dean/Director appointment duties and procedures.
To carry out Academic Personnel Recruitment Announcements.
To carry out the announcement of academic staff, appointment, address, staff distribution, student information, promotion-adaptation works and procedures.
Making standard staff planning.
To carry out direct appointments and open appointments of academic staff.
Conducting archival research.
To carry out monthly promotion and orientation procedures of academic staff.
To carry out the criticism and allocation of academic staff distributions.
To update and identify information about academic staff.
To follow up the Rector's domestic and international leave procedures.
To carry out the addressing work and procedures of academic staff.
To perform similar tasks as assigned.
To carry out other duties assigned by their superiors.
