Under the chairmanship of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DEMİRHAN, duties were distributed. As part of the preparations for the 2027-2031 Strategic Plan at Mardin Artuklu University, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DEMİRHAN. At the meeting, the Strategic Planning Team members came together and formed sub-working groups.

Director of Strategy Development Hamza TALAYHAN provided information about the process, while Deputy Director Hanife YILMAZ gave a presentation on the preparatory work.

Prof. Dr. Yılmaz DEMİRHAN emphasized the importance of strategic planning for institutional development and sustainable quality management, stating that they expect all stakeholders to actively contribute to the process. He also stated that a feasible Strategic Plan that will guide the next five years must be prepared in cooperation with all units of our University.
