Mardin Artuklu University's Center of Application and Research on Architectural Technology (Mardin Architecture Factory: Mimfab), which became active on January 24, 2021, provides comprehensive solutions for large-scale design, project planning, and implementation services. Since its establishment, it has been working on creative, research-oriented design/implementation experiences that meet the needs of the era. Mardin Architecture Factory has two main objectives:
To produce projects and generate new knowledge that contributes to the field of architecture while doing so
To support collaborative learning and experimentation by opening research files

Ensures the efficient execution of architectural project activities at the university and conducts research and development work.
Collaborates with national and international organizations and provides architectural consulting and project services to individuals and legal entities in these areas.
Conducting project activities using “Building Information Modeling” techniques, considered an advanced digital architectural project production method, to increase efficiency and diversity in project and construction processes,
To have the capacity to produce and implement projects using Building Information Modeling in accordance with international project standards,
To carry out high value-added research and development activities in architectural technology, information technologies in architecture and design, and construction technologies/systems in architecture.
