JOB DESCRIPTIONS

The Centre's Management Organisations and Their Responsibilities

 

a) Representing and managing the Centre.

b) Convening meetings of the Management Board and Advisory Board, setting the agenda for these boards, chairing meetings and implementing Management Board decisions.

c) Preparing the Centre's annual activity report and work programme for the following year and submitting it to the Rector for approval after obtaining the opinion of the Management Board.

ç) To ensure the organisation, implementation, direction and supervision of programmes and projects such as training, courses, workshops, conferences, certificate programmes, symposiums and seminars.

d) To submit proposals regarding personnel appointments to the Rector.

The tasks of the deputy director who will serve as the project and implementation coordinator are as follows:

a) To assist the director in his/her duties.

b) To ensure coordination in line with the centre's objectives regarding project development and implementation.

c) To prepare the centre's annual activity report on project development and implementation and submit it to the director for presentation to the Board of Directors.

ç) To submit recommendations to the Director regarding the Centre's personnel needs related to project production and implementation and to prepare reports.

d) To perform other duties assigned by the Director.

 

 

(3) The tasks of the deputy director who will serve as the research and development coordinator are as follows:

a) To assist the Director in his/her duties.

b) To ensure coordination in line with the Centre's objectives regarding research and development activities.

c) To prepare the annual activity report on the Centre's research and development activities and submit it to the Director for presentation to the Board of Directors.

ç) To submit recommendations to the Director regarding the Centre's personnel requirements for research and development activities and prepare reports.

d) To perform other duties assigned by the Director.

a) Preparing and implementing the work programme related to the Centre's areas of activity, and taking decisions on ensuring the necessary coordination with project teams.

b) Reviewing and deciding on the Centre's activity report.

c) Determining the principles for organising the work programme for the next period.

a) To evaluate the Centre's activities and make recommendations.

b) To advise the Board of Directors on activities.

c) To establish communication between the Centre and related institutions, organisations and sectors.

ç) To make recommendations on other matters brought before the Advisory Board.
