Midyat Vocational School was established on 14.01.2005 as Midyat Vocational School affiliated to Yüzüncü Yıl University with the decision of GNK No. 177. Its connection was changed with the decision of the GNK No. 1510 and it was transferred to Dicle University on 13.04.2006 . Its connection was changed again with the Law No. 5662 and it was transferred from Dicle University to Mardin Artuklu University as Midyat Vocational School on 29.05.2007.
