Public–private partnership project or activity need
2. Needs Analysis and Planning
• Needs are identified by the Coordinator and the Assistant Coordinator.
• Opinions and suggestions from subcommittees are collected.
3. Project / Activity Design
• Goals, scope, stakeholders, and budget are determined.
• Project schedule is prepared.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
• Meetings with internal stakeholders (university units, academic and administrative staff)
• Communication with external stakeholders (public institutions, private sector, NGOs)
5. Project Application and Approval
• Funding and support applications are prepared.
• Approval is obtained through the Coordinator’s Office.
6. Implementation and Management
• Execution of project / activities
• Coordination ensured by subcommittees and project managers
