The Public, Private and Hybrid Sector Cooperation Coordination Office (MAÜKÖK) of Mardin Artuklu University is committed to implementing its quality assurance system in line with the University’s 2022–2026 Strategic Plan and its mission of contributing to regional development. In this context, the quality policy of our coordination office is built upon the following principles:
Upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, fairness, and stakeholder participation across all processes,
Strengthening cooperation networks with public, private, and hybrid sector institutions operating in agriculture, industry, and services, and enhancing the exchange of knowledge, experience, and resources,
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement by managing all activities in accordance with the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle,
Utilizing human, financial, and technological resources in an efficient, sustainable, and strategic manner,
Fostering a working environment grounded in ethical values, professional competence, and institutional commitment,
Increasing the visibility and effectiveness of the institution by making strategic use of national and international cooperation opportunities,
Establishing mutual trust, satisfaction, and strong communication channels with all stakeholders,
Developing region-oriented projects that generate social benefit and sustainable impact,
Regularly monitoring the performance indicators defined in the unit’s target cards, conducting risk analyses, and implementing necessary improvement strategies,
Ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system through periodic reviews and internal evaluation processes coordinated by the MAÜKÖK Quality Commission.
In line with this quality policy, MAÜKÖK aims to strengthen its role as a bridge between the university and public, private, and hybrid sectors, and to develop measurable, sustainable, and high-impact cooperation models that contribute to regional development.
