To plan, implement and continuously improve the unit’s quality management system.

To define the unit’s quality objectives in line with strategic goals and to monitor performance regularly.

To apply the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle in all processes and activities.

To evaluate feedback received from internal and external stakeholders and develop improvement actions accordingly.

To prepare the unit’s annual internal evaluation report and systematically follow all quality records.

To conduct meetings, surveys, analyses and other activities related to quality development.

To keep all quality documents updated, properly archived and ready for audit.

To maintain regular communication with the University Quality Coordination Office and ensure process alignment.

To plan and implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit and evaluation results.
-
To strengthen quality awareness within the unit and promote a sustainable institutional quality culture.
