About the Coordinator’s Office for Public–Private–Mixed Sector Partnerships (MAÜKÖK)

The Coordinator’s Office for Public–Private–Mixed Sector Partnerships (MAÜKÖK) operates in line with the regional development-oriented vision of Mardin Artuklu University, aiming to establish effective collaboration networks among public, private, and mixed sectors. Acting with the principles of public benefit, sustainability, and social contribution, our Office seeks to support the economic, social, and cultural development of the city and the region.

The Office connects the University’s academic knowledge, research capacity, and expertise with regional dynamics. In this context, it promotes inter-institutional knowledge sharing, project-based collaborations, and joint R&D activities. Through partnerships developed across diverse fields—particularly agriculture, industry, and services—it aims to produce innovative, measurable, and sustainable outcomes.

Our Office carries out its activities through the Agricultural Sector Cooperation Board (MAÜTAS), Industrial Sector Cooperation Board (MAÜSAS), and Service Sector Cooperation Board (MAÜHİS). These boards contribute to building long-term collaborations between the University and regional sector representatives and support common development goals.

In cooperation with public institutions, local governments, private sector representatives, non-governmental organizations, and international stakeholders, our Office continues its efforts to transform the University’s knowledge and experience into social benefit. By uniting the synergy of public, private, and mixed sectors, it plays a leading role in regional development and sustainable growth processes.
