The gala night of the competition, where Associate Professor Nesrin YEŞİLMEN, Head of the Jewelery and Jewelery Design Department of our Faculty, was one of the jury members, was held at Wow Istanbul Hotel. In the competition organized for the 14th time by the Jewelery Exporters Association, the 10 finalist designs selected from 409 applications were exhibited with a magnificent fashion show at the gala evening. Among the top three designs in the competition, the first prize was given to Yasemin Ladin Subaşı with her design called 'Neomenia', the second prize to İbrahim Burak Önal with her design called 'The Password of Existence', and the third prize to Eylül Candoğan with her design called 'Su İyesi'. The awards were given to Jewelery Exporters Association President Burak Yakin and Turkish Exporters Assembly. He received it from President Mustafa Gültepe. The winner won 200 thousand TL, the second 125 thousand TL, and the third 75 thousand TL. MİB President Burak Yakin congratulated all the participants and thanked the jury members, who made a great effort to choose among the most creative designs, and the designers who contributed greatly to the realization of the designs, and plaques were given to those who contributed. In addition, the masters who made great contributions to the jewelry industry were commemorated at the night and their plaques were presented at the respect award ceremony.
