Our Mission
The Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies at Kızıltepe is an academic unit that conducts education, research, crop production, characterization and breeding of genetic resources, as well as extension and technology transfer activities based on the rich plant genetic resources of Mesopotamia. With a data-driven, practice-oriented, and stakeholder-participatory approach, it trains qualified human resources, and by sharing the knowledge and technology it generates with students, farmers, public institutions, and the private sector, it contributes to our country’s food security and agricultural competitiveness.
