MANAGEMENT POLICY

Mardin Artuklu University Faculty of Theology conducts its institutional management processes based on the principle of governance, emphasizing transparency, participation, and accountability. Organizational charts and job descriptions are prepared to clearly define the authority and responsibilities of personnel and are shared with all stakeholders. Our Faculty has adopted the principle of including the opinions and contributions of all members, from the lowest unit to the top management, in governance processes. Operating through collective wisdom in decision-making mechanisms forms the foundation of a participatory and inclusive management approach; this perspective strengthens institutional belonging while also contributing to the development of a transparent and accountable administrative structure.

For effective governance, commissions have been established to ensure coordination among leadership, quality assurance, and administrative activities. In this context, the Leadership, Management, and Quality Commission has undertaken a significant role in institutionalizing a culture of quality. The active participation of student representatives in decision-making mechanisms is ensured, allowing students to have a direct voice in the faculty’s development processes.

Management processes are supported by digital systems; document management, access to information, and internal stakeholder interactions are conducted in line with the concept of digital governance. Moreover, various seminars, workshops, and institutional training programs are organized to enhance the leadership skills of administrators and raise the quality-oriented awareness of academic and administrative staff.

Our Faculty regularly reviews all governance and quality processes, aiming for continuous improvement and maintaining its institutional development through a culture of data-driven decision-making.
