Education
Objective: To develop a contemporary, innovative, and student-centered educational approach at the faculty to cultivate graduates who are competitive at national and international levels.
To produce scientific content that is applied in relevant fields and sensitive to local issues, in line with the 6T vision established by Mardin Artuklu University.
To integrate the cultural diversity of the region into the academic process through multilingual and multicultural course content.
To enable students to undertake field-based projects and internships in collaboration with local institutions.
To expand hybrid and distance learning practices that support digitalization in education.
To organize regular in-service training programs to enhance the pedagogical competencies of faculty members.
To certify the quality of educational programs by participating in national and international accreditation processes.
To facilitate students' integration into the business world by creating pre-graduation career preparation programs.

Research and Development
Objective: To produce high-quality studies at the regional, national, and international levels by strengthening the faculty's academic research capacity.
To develop interdisciplinary, solution-oriented research projects in regional priority areas such as agriculture, trade, health, and tourism.
To support academics to actively participate in projects that contribute to local development.
To establish a research and application center within the faculty focusing on region-specific economic, administrative, and social issues.
To encourage students to actively participate in research and expand undergraduate project production.
To strengthen the economic and social value of research by increasing university-industry-public collaborations.
To increase the application rate for TÜBİTAK, Erasmus+, BAP, and other national/international funds in 6T fields.
To ensure that the faculty journal becomes a peer-reviewed, open-access, and internationally indexed publication.

Internationalization
Objective: To increase international visibility by creating a multicultural academic environment within the faculty.
To transform multiculturalism into a regional advantage by establishing academic collaborations with the Middle East and surrounding countries.
To conduct graduate studies on region-specific themes such as migration, intercultural interaction, and multilingual governance.
To promote international visibility and diversity by increasing the exchange of international students and faculty.
To establish partnerships with target countries and institutions at the faculty level by developing an internationalization strategy.
To ensure the leadership of multilingual academic publications and events (conferences, symposiums, workshops).
To increase student and faculty exchange rates through Erasmus+, Mevlana, and bilateral agreements.
To establish advising and academic support mechanisms for international graduate students.

Social Contribution
Purpose: To contribute to regional and social development by socializing the faculty's knowledge.
To implement projects addressing social issues (women's employment, rural development, youth entrepreneurship) in collaboration with local stakeholders.
To organize public education programs and student projects on topics such as health literacy, environmental awareness, and economic consciousness.
To establish sustainable development-focused collaborations with women's cooperatives, local tradespeople, and producers.
To support and expand student clubs to develop social responsibility projects.
To organize panels, seminars, and workshops on social policy, urban management, and development in collaboration with local governments.
To create a dynamic structure within the education-research-social contribution triangle by regularly receiving feedback from stakeholders.
To design training modules on economic literacy, entrepreneurship, and financial planning for the local community.

Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Governance
Objective: To increase the faculty's national and international recognition and establish an innovative, transparent, and sustainable faculty management approach.
To create in-service training and development programs based on ethics, leadership, and innovation for academic and administrative staff.
To strengthen the faculty infrastructure with technology-enhanced education systems and digital learning environments.
To establish graduate tracking systems to analyze graduates' career development in the 6T fields and update educational processes based on feedback.
To develop quality assurance mechanisms to ensure the monitoring of all strategic goals and to conduct regular evaluations.
Establishing processes for improvement and development.
Embedding the principles of transparency, participation, and accountability in faculty governance processes within the institutional culture.
Establishing structures that integrate student representation and student opinions into decision-making processes.
Regularly monitoring institutional performance data to increase the faculty's visibility in national and international ranking systems.
