Prof. Dr. Houssem Eddine Ben-Ahmed Meets with Nursing Students and Academics

As part of an event organized by the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Mardin Artuklu University, Prof. Dr. Houssem Eddine Ben-Ahmed, who works at the University of Ottawa in Canada, will visit our faculty.

Prof. Dr. Ben-Ahmed, Founder and Director of CARE4NEt (Collaborative Alliance of Research and Education for Nursing Empowerment) and faculty member at the University of Ottawa, will hold a program consisting of three sessions for Nursing Department students and academics on Monday, December 22, 2025.

The events will take place in the Central Classroom Culture-1 Amphitheater according to the following schedule:

10:00 – 11:15 : Session for students of the Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences

11:30 – 12:45 : Session for students of the Arabic Program, Nursing Department, Faculty of Health Sciences 

14:00 – 15:30: Session for academic staff of the Department of Nursing

This academic visit will address current approaches to leadership in nursing, the global workforce, professional empowerment, and international academic experiences. The event aims to contribute significantly to the international perspective and academic development of our students and academics.
