As the General Secretariat, our mission is to operate as a transparent, accountable, collaborative, solution-oriented, and scientifically-based organization that prioritizes the timely fulfillment of its duties and responsibilities, ensuring that our university cultivates a people-centered, ethical, cultured, and art-loving university youth who embrace national and universal values.
OUR VISION
Drawing strength from Mardin's inherent richness, such as its ancient history, multilingualism, and diverse religious background, as well as from values recognized and embraced by the entire world, we aim to become an original, creative, and leading university in the fields of science, culture, arts, medicine, technology, agriculture, tourism, commerce, design (+6T), and social sciences. The General Secretariat and its affiliated units will be responsible for the rapid, high-quality, collaborative, and solution-oriented administrative functioning of our university.
