Department of Educational Sciences – Satisfaction Surveys
The Department of Educational Sciences regularly monitors student and alumni feedback as part of its quality assurance system and integrates these data into the unit’s continuous improvement processes. The Student Satisfaction Survey and the Alumni Satisfaction Survey are administered to generate systematic data on teaching–learning processes, academic advising services, the achievement of program outcomes, and the effectiveness of institutional support mechanisms.
Survey results are evaluated within the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle. Strengths and areas for improvement are identified and discussed in the relevant boards and committees. These findings form the basis for quality enhancement actions related to the academic, administrative, and physical processes of the department.
