The White Coat and Fetoscope Presentation Ceremony Was Held for First-Year Midwifery Students.

The Midwifery Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Mardin Artuklu University organized a “White Coat and Fetoscope Presentation Ceremony” to mark a meaningful beginning in the professional journey of its first-year students.

The event took place on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in a joyful atmosphere with the participation of academic staff, students, and their families. The ceremony was further enriched by a specially prepared musical performance, which added color to the day and created emotional moments for the attendees.

Symbol: White Coat and Fetoscope
The white coat was presented to the students as a symbol of ethical values, responsibility, and trust in the field of health. In addition, fetoscopes, which hold an important place in professional practice, were also delivered to the students, allowing them to take the first step in their professional competence.

Accompanied by academic staff, students wore their white coats and received their fetoscopes. The excitement of the students and the pride of their families were evident throughout the ceremony.

About the Event
At the end of the ceremony, students were wished success, and once again the aim of raising individuals who are committed to ethical values, respectful of their profession, and prioritizing human health was emphasized.
