A Meeting Was Held Regarding the New Journals to Be Established Under the MAU Scientific Publications Coordination Office
A meeting was held concerning the new journals to be established under the MAU Scientific Publications Coordination Office. During the meeting, discussions were held on the feasibility studies of the Arabica and Syriaca journals—planned to be published under MAU Press and established within the Institute of Living Languages in Turkey (TYDE)—as well as the Techne Journal, which is being designed to meet the academic publishing needs of vocational schools (MYO). Measures to be taken during the establishment process were also addressed.
The online meeting was attended by the BILKOR Coordinator; Dr. Şeyhmus Kurt, TYDE Periodicals Coordinator (representing the Arabica and Syriaca Journals); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan Yiğit, editor of the recently established Artuklu Tourism Studies Journal, whose experience is highly valued; and Dr. Canan Canal, the Founding Editor of the new Techne Journal.
“…let’s meet at our journal every Thursday at 4/44…”
