Participation to the congress is free of charge.

The Congress will be held online and face-to-face.

The transportation and accommodation fee of the participants who will attend the congress face to face belongs to the participant.

The face-to-face part of the congress will be held at Mardin Artuklu University Campus.

Participants can attend the congress with only one paper.
