The "Farabi Exchange Program," a shortened term for the Student and Faculty Member Exchange Program Between Higher Education Institutions, facilitates the exchange of students and faculty members across universities and high technology institutes at associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.

The program's objective is to provide opportunities for students and faculty members to pursue educational and training activities at a different higher education institution for one or two semesters outside of their home institution.
